Fire Safety & Emergency
Familiarize yourself with all emergency exits upon arrival. In the event of a fire alarm, evacuate immediately to the designated assembly area. Do not tamper with fire equipment.
Duties & Chores
LWTC is a cooperative lodge. Every member and guest is expected to contribute by completing assigned daily chores, detailed on the duty board.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM on your day of departure. Ensure your bunk area is clean and all personal belongings are removed from communal areas.
Kitchen Etiquette
Clean up immediately after preparing meals. Label your food in the communal fridges and respect the designated storage areas. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Drying Room
Use the drying room for wet gear only. Remove your dry items promptly to make space for others. Do not leave items touching the heaters directly.
Quiet Hours
Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Bunk rooms must be kept quiet. Socializing is permitted in the lounge, provided noise is kept to a reasonable level.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings must be paid in full to be confirmed. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
The club reserves the right to cancel bookings due to extreme weather events or lodge closures beyond our control, in which case full refunds or credits will be issued.
